Switch technology / Switch blade rolling devices

Switch blade rolling devices enable the tongue rail to be switched without lubrication and with little friction. The use of rollers eliminates sliding friction between the foot of the tongue rail and the surface of the slide chair or slide plate, replacing it with rolling friction.

We offer our customers various systems that can be integrated or retrofitted, as required:

• Integrated rolling devices with stepless height adjustment from -1.0 mm to +6.0 mm (DB design)
• Integrated rolling devices with fixed rollers
• Clamp-on blade rolling devices, type EKOS

Generally, the base bodies of all our rolling devices are made of cast iron. However, in special cases, particularly with integrated rolling devices, we can also use a milled/welded slide chair plate as a carrier for the respective roller set, which leads to increased flexibility and reduced throughput times.
